This is my Aunt Gerry’s secret recipe. Contains ground walnuts/coconut—So moist to the touch that it melts in your mouth. Freezes well & defrosts quickly and can be kept in the frig for weeks. This signature cake can be frozen or, refrigerated for weeks without compromising the taste or moistness.

Miss Nicky’s Best Strawberry Deluxe Cake ‘Ever’-9”

Even a die hard chocoholic like me loves this beautiful pink strawberry laden cake with a strawberry cream cheese icing. So moist and so different and goes down with such ease and grace.

Grandma Duvernay’s Red Velvet Deluxe Layer Cake-9”

This southern delicacy is prepared without the use of butter and equally as rich. Red Velvet cake is a ‘red’ cake with cream cheese or butter cream icing. For those of you who loved the movie ‘Steel Magnolia’s’, you may remember the red velvet armadillo cake? This is my Grand-mother’s recipe-no cocoa in this cake.

Hummingbird Deluxe Layer Cake-9”

This southern cake is a wonderful complex cake with bananas, pecans, coconut, and pineapple. For those of you who love bananas or a carrot cake, you’ll most likely add this to the list of your top favorite cakes. Lots of ‘stuff’ going on in there and topped with a cream cheese or, butter cream icing. A cake with great depth.

Deluxe Banana Split Layer Cake-9”

Same as Hummingbird Cake but with cherries & chocolate chips added and filled with fresh whipped cream, covered in a chocolate ganache type icing & topped with a cherry. As close to a banana split minus the ice cream, you add that!

Southern Chunky Apple Cake-9”x13” only

Contains fresh apples, nuts & maple nut icing—deliciously moist

Zucchini Carrot Deluxe Cake:

With Cream Cheese icing + chopped pistachio & walnuts. Butter cream icing may also be requested.

3-Milk Deluxe White Cake 9”x13” only

This chilled-‘wet’ specialty cake is borrowed from Latin Culture and contains no butter/no oil. This densely deliciously decadently rich white cake gets it’s name from fresh cream+condensed milk+evaporated milk poured into the cake. Fresh whipped cream on top but you can add fresh seasonal berries.

- All Deluxe Cakes & following 9x13 sheet cakes are all $40+ 6%tax

- Cupcakes are all $45+ 6%tax for 27-30 cupcakes

- guilt fee iced mini cupcakes - 75 iced 60 or 120 mini's for 85

- 1/2 sheet cake, feeds 30+ people from $75

Most layer cakes can be filled with fresh whipped cream for extra $5
Or, fresh whipped cream sold separately by the qt. jar for $15
